    I'm ok, not AF but not going mad, & feeling alright aboiut stuff, just very very tired!

    Nearly caved in tonight - got through it - I've an appointment tomorrow and I'm a bit stressed about it I guess - wanted to 'forget it all' - well I'm off for a shower instead.

    I sat it out - touch and go for a while - but - thankfully for now - its passed. I'm a bit self obsessed at the mo (moi??? surely not!) but hoping tomorrow might help clear that a bit.

    I'm declaring tonight an AF night - please update all scores by one day without the vino-collapso you lovely lot :)

    Hugs galore if you need them xxx

    ETA - HB all I can say is that I keep impeccible company!
