I did what I said and drank up the remaining alcohol and I am determined now to be AF all week, still only on 2 days AF so far so really need to make an effort! Also found I am now a grand total of £400 overdrawn and after a quick calculation found that £185 of that has been spent on alcohol and takeaways  am seriously in need of help!!!!:o DH is cross with me cos he cleared my overdraft for me a couple of months ago :o

Suffering this morning .... 1st time back at the gym yesterday
Still succumbed to 3 cans last night, but at least it wasn't 5 or 6 ....... my arms were so tired after the gym they had had enough lifting after the 3rd :rotfl::rotfl:

MP - you may well need to get the whip out

Leisurely morning today watching the swimming pool water drain away :(

Our season is over - can't afford to turn the heater on  ....on the plus side I get free swimming with my gym pass in a bigger pool :j

    :hello:

Hope you're OK fay, not like you to stay off work. Please look after yourself.

Good luck with the event jo, you're a star.

Hope your first shift at new job goes well cazza. It sounds as if you're doing well getting your head ito the right place for dealing with stuff.

I'm still procrastinating about SW MissP and MP. I've never done it (or any other diet programme) before. I think I need to go to a newbies meeting and hear what it's all about. I assume you can go to one meeting and don't have to pay for a whole term or something? My problem is that OH and I have a comfortable liefestyle where we share the cooking. I don't want to rock the boat and end up doing everything myself. Selfish or what:o

Welcome to returning folks and hugs to those finding it hard at the moment.

    3AF please shaggy.

(I'm planning on piggin' out at a carvery tonight. No wonder I need to diet!)

    Have a good day all.
  • And I just want to wish Jo good luck for today too!

    Hugs,

    Caz

  • Good luck today Caz!

Fay - ((hugs)). Take it easy, put your feet up and look after yourself.

MP - didn't go and join SW in the end. Didn't realise they were child friendly. :( Theres lots of meetings in our town so will try and get to another. Am sure you will lose those 4 pounds easily. :)

Maman - enjoy your carvery....you lucky thing. I could murder a Toby right now!!:)
