Congrats on the debt freedom, Tappers! You have really inspired me to make more of an effort with our debts and savings, I can't believe how much you've paid off in such a short period of time. You should be very proud of yourself. XIt's what is inside your head that matters in life - not what's outside your window

Happy Birthday Essex Boy.:bdaycake:
Taplady well done on becoming debt-free. It's a lovely place to be, isn't it?;)
I seem to have spent the entire morning on bloomin' paperwork for CAMRA; loads of beer scores to put on the spreadsheet, plus, because it's the 1st of the month, all the ones a year old to archive off.
Mr LW is currently ironing shirts *pauses to crack whip*.:D
Have a good Sunday, or what's left of it, everyone.:oIf your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
Well done tappers, wish I could join you in your happy dance, have a long way to go yet!!
We went to the market and picked up 6 bags of rolls, 3 white and 3 brown for £3, when I split them up I found one bag had 7 rolls in!! Obviously a bonus for buying in bulk. They are in the freezer.
On to the garden centyre for some stump killer, the snow berries are out and we have cut quite a bit off the rose, I still have a bit more to do before I do the autumn prune of the top growth. We have had to give up, its raining............ D brought the scoop from the manitou down and left it for us, its full...... he will collect it later and tip it on the bonfire.
Supper prepared, roadt pork chops and roast spuds and parsnip, green beans and carrots for the veg patch and cauliflower. Raspberries and cream for dessert again from the veg garden.
I cut a bunch of sweet peans, the smell is so strong, I can smell them in the kitchen.Was 13st 8 lbs,Now 12st 11 Lost 10 1/4lbs since I started on my diet.0 -
Back again, tea break to keep me sane, I have hit the wall, and am feeling a bit pooped out. Cup of tea and a wee mini Curly Wurly, and I will be all set again I think. The weather has ended up quite good here, too, so the paper should dry well before bed. OH thinks I have lost my mind, I did tell him that happened donkey's ago :rotfl:It's what is inside your head that matters in life - not what's outside your window
