Hi everyone, another NSD on my total for today.
Stupid weather, it was hissing it down this morning when we left the house to walk the dog, by the time we got to the park it was glorious sunshine and there's me and OH in waterproofs sweltering :rotfl:
I'll never listen to the weathermen again it's supposed to be chucking it down all day, fingers crossed the rain comes back though, my poor plants need it

Morning everyone, I think I totally lost myself when it came to the last thread. I did reach my total of 17 NSD's but me being me forgot to declare it and then I forgot to add myself to this thread..lol. Where does the time go I want to know, you only have to blink and you lose more days than I care to count..lol
Anyway can I be put down for 20 NSD's this month please? So far I have managed 2..oops!! Although I am hoping to be pretty rigid this month as basically I have no money, just enough to pay petrol and the Avon lady. I have managed to pay all my bills, well apart from the added bits on the monthly CC,but I am winging that one this month..lol
Wasn't able to have a NSD yesterday unfortunately as for some strange reason I forgot to buy bread and tbags when we went shopping at the weekendI blame it on going to a different Asda, everytime I go to one that is not our usual one I always forget something..lol

hello all, hows everyone?
Well is spent this weekend by accident mainly on shopping again. Oh forgot his wallet so i ended up paying for the swimming, parking and his whims. So i'm really not impressed. But i'm on my 5th NSD so i'm half way there!
As were having such an exciting school holidays in the mad house i'm forcing the kids to clean the house, guess what when OH comes back form he's unblocking the drains, and going to the tip muhahahahaha
I will get my back on him for being a twit.0 -
As forecast, I spent some cash today. Had a service recall letter on my car as a number have been found with a fault in the parking brake system, so had to take it to dealers to get reprogrammed free of charge. Kind folks at the dealers then did a free "health check" and came up with over £900-worth of work that they think should be done. These same dealers once advised me a couple of years ago that my brakes were corroded, but when I took it to the garage I used to use, they showed me the tons of muck they scraped off, revealing perfectly good brakes underneath! So naturally I will be taking it to my current garage chap in the next village for a second opinion - he has always played straight with me and done a good job for reasonable prices.
Anyway, as I said, I spent some cash - breakfast fryup in Mr T's, a few bits of groceries (£16) and some bargains in their clothing sale - 2 long sleeve t-shirt tops for £4 each and a light fuchsia linen-look jacket for a fiver! I have worked out my finances until payday and we have enough to survive - holiday money is set aside ready, cattery fee for Albert is set aside ready, food budget for last few days before payday will be ample for our needs. And no more food to buy this week, it is all sorted and menu-planned to perfection....now watch some bu**er come and spoil things.....One life - your life - live it!0 -

How about sending her a lovely wedding card wishing her and her fiance all the best for their future lives and putting in your current address, email address and phone numbers? Maybe suggest meeting up beforehand for a coffee somewhere? Then it's up to her if she chooses to contact you.One life - your life - live it!0

Further to previous post, it is always better I think to try and clear the air face to face if you can, especially if it is with an old friend. The forthcoming wedding will be an ideal excuse to get together and once conversation has started, you can soon turn it round to your children and what they are doing now, then mention the huge row they had that time and how you could have strangled your own child but felt the best solution at the time was to just get them away from each other. Just some thoughts. One life - your life - live it!0
