Well no NSD for me today, got despatched into town at lunchtime to get vouchers for SIL and FIL but OH paid for those.

    Personal spend

£1 on 7 cards in Card Factory (OH has big family so v.v. useful)
56p Cotton wool pads - Wilko
£16.98 - TK Maxx online - YES I finally ordered that top I was coverting, -wasn't too chuffed about the £3.99 delivery, but total was £16.98 in total (top was £12.99) and I did remove a jumper from my basket as I decided I really didn't need it.

    Total - £18.54

No chance of a NSD tomorrow as i REALLY REALLY do need to get my eyebrows threaded which will be a fiver - but seriously, they are going to get a life of their own soon and go walking off my face if I don't get them done

Oh, and booked car in with Chips Away to do my two front wheels... £75 + VAT -:eek::eek: couldn't afford all wheels, and will be super careful when parking from now on.

Hoping for #5 on Wed though.

Declaring today as NSD #4 :D

Have ordered some more work uniform pieces today - been trying to get confirmed prices since last Thursday, which they finally managed to get for me today! - but was told by HR that payment will be taken as a salary clawback from next months pay (and pay day next month is also a Direct Debit day, so no wobbles about losing an NSD over it either ;))

Was initially issued with 2 blouses and 1 apron, but - as I pointed out to them on my first shift - I wasn't going to be able to get the apron washed, dried and ironed between clocking out at 5pm on a Monday and clocking in at 7am on a Tuesday (none of it is suitable for a tumble dryer even if I had enough wet laundry to warrant using it) so they gave me a second apron.

This still means I have to put the washer on for one set of uniform every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and for both on Friday, in order to have a clean set every day - and (due to size of household and reluctance of DS to pass over his washing) most times it's only my uniform in the machine. Come next month it will only be me here, so also less bedding and towels I can try and put through at the same time - so having a clean uniform as required by work is costing me a fortune in electricity, water (metered) and washing powder.

Last Thursday they issued me with a third blouse (apparently entitled as I work 5 days in a row), but said they're not allowed to give anyone a third pinny despite it being this that gets muckiest unknown.gif

So today I've ordered two blouses (£4.80 each) and two aprons (£3.70 each) which takes me up to five of each (I've managed to acquire a 5th pinny from someone who no longer needs one!), which (along with the 5 pairs of trousers I got from Mr A on Saturday to replace the 2 larger sized pairs I've had since November, and the 5 vest T-shirts - I always wear one of these under my blouse - I got from Mr A a couple of months back) means I'll have 5 full sets of uniform and only need to wash them once a week :D This also means I'll only have to get the iron out on a weekly basis, so I'm hoping to see a drop (albeit a small one on a weekly basis) in my electricity and water bills alongside a less frequent raiding of my stock-pile of washing powder :)

Reporting NSD number 6 :j. Didn't post yesterday but managed my planned NSD on Sunday and today. Beginning to think my target of 20 is a bit ambitious though but I suppose if I plan that and get maybe 17 it's better than planning less and getting less:D

    Have a nice night all

No 3 for me today -it nearly all went wrong when I went to Mr T to buy school stuff (necessary budgeted for stuff) where I lingered in the toiletries aisle but I stayed strong (just!).

Tomorrow may be a spend day but I'll try hard not to.
