well i did it i finally got my first NSD! :j
Oh i have my cast off yay my knee cap is 50% healed and i'm so chuffed. Hopefully the next few days will be NSD's as i've been using everything up form the freezer.
I've started on a new set of curtains and i've told the kids i won't be taken them out at least until the weekend. so they'll be happy watching films , playing and mooching over to the park.
see you all later x0 -

OK I am finally off the mark!!! NSD 1 for me please spoon. Been a weird week so far, am now single again:mad: ahh these things happen, a not bad thing as you can tell from my reaction.
I am really happy that there are some non-professional NSDers with targets around mine. gives me some one to aim for!
Right I have my tracky bums ready and my FM sandles, although I'm not v stable on them, 4.5 in heels has never really been my thing.

Good to hear from you Kathy and your day back at work - it is the funny little things that get you, like leaving a little bit of food on your plate to give to doggies and then realising they're not there to have it. 5 years ago, one of my dogs, a tiny hairy black terrier, was killed by an English Bull Terrier when I had him on his lead with our other dog, and the next morning I woke up (well to tell the truth I did not sleep) and he was not in-between our pillows where he always slept. Bonnie, who we still have, came up from the bottom of the bed and sniffed around as if to say 'where is he?' It does take a very long time to get over but, for me, having other dogs helps - we normally have a couple but after Billy was killed I said that I would only have one from now on as I felt safer with just one if other dogs were about
:(:( 3dogs that must have been awful, so very very sorry

Oh thanks Kathy - so glad you posted them - they're gorgeous photos of one beautiful doggie - and I can see he was spoilt rotten - that's not your bed he's on is it? Our 3 sleep on/in our bed - we have a kingsize bed - just as well with those three - Bonnie sleeps by hubbie's feet or occassionally in her own bed, Bess sleeps by my feet, and Billy sleeps between us, generally with his head on the pillows - and all of them, especially Billy, get under the covers if they feel cold - terrible isn't it????? I know it is our fault - but they are our family so go where they want - and they want to be close to us and we want them close to us
I am so looking forward to hearing Orphan's story tomorrow - hope you sleep well tonight KathyMr 3Dogs 3-7-12

Thanks Kathy - yes it was awfull - and I still get the shakes an nightmares about it even now especialy if I have the dogs out and another dog comes running loose towards us - I try to gather my dogs up to get them out of harms way - quite difficult and ridiculous with 3 of them, but there you are. But I know that little Billy had 4 or 5 really good years with us and was a happy boy - we got him from a friend of a friend of a friend who got rid of him when baby arrived (but really woman doted on him and the man did not like him, so he had issues when he came to us - frightened of men)
I might try to find a pic of him to post up sometimeMr 3Dogs 3-7-12

What a handsome fellow Kath! I'm not very good with breeds when they're not obvious but he "has a lovely colouring" as my old nan would say
Well...............................thanks for being sooooooo concerned--not!That's not the first time I've been left behind & no-one's missed me
but at least I didn't go hungry in Clacton; I helped myself from all the sand-which-es there :rotfl:
Had a cracking day today with a bit of help from MrT; spent over £40 on the usual [with a bit of help from muvva's shopping too :shhh:] & doubled up some points vouchers which meant I got a fairly decent mobile without putting a penny cash towards it :j Mine's been playing up & I need something I can rely on as I'm spending more & more time with Mum & she doesn't have a poota, so sending texts is a godsend. Not sure how tintaweb thingamebob works on a phone, so if I disappear don't worry OK..I'll work summat out.
I don't wear pamgammas so thought..royal blue leggings with the lace effect cuffs & a ladder; strawberry pink mini skirt made from some net curtains I found in a charity shop; silver lycra boob tube 4 sizes too small & an orange bolero. I've got a dodgy shoulder so the asymmetric top-nob pony tail won't be a problem & those tan knitted boots with a worn heel on one foot & completely turned-over sole on the other. Now, have I missed anything
I'll stick with a pledge of 17 please Spoon & have managed 2 so far. I've a feeling it's going to get more difficult as I spend more time with Mum, but we shall see.
Full time Carer for Mum; harassed mother of three;loving & loved by two 4-legged babies.
