they've used quite a lot of my emergency supplies. (you know the ones in case there is a war, flood, narional emergency and I have to deal with it with 20 tins of chopped tomatoes)

  • Yesterday was a spend day but nothing major.
£42.01 on petrol (damn that penny!) and £5 as a deposit for a night out i'm having in October before my friend goes back to Oz to live. So not too bothered about that!
On the down side, house we are moving into (this Friday, I hope) has a disconnected phone line, so going to cost us £110 to reconnect it, how annoying. Although it won't come out for another month or so.
Will hopefully exchange today, fingers crossed!

We had this prob, when we moved in first they said we could spread it over 3 months bills and then if we signed a 18 month contract they would do it free???

    Worth a try!!! Good luck!!!
Im not financially savvy as im still learning but i love to support anyone that needs it and give virual hug's and tea!!!
Can't do Bickie's Sorry, need to lose weight!!!

I have rather a lot of beans and tomatoes in my cupboards too - which is actually quite worrying as I don't use either 'as is' due to not liking them

I can eat things with them cooked in though which is why I buy them - just not sure why I have so many ;)

(The dislike of beans is a 37 year-old psychological block I recognise but can't get past. The dislike of tomatoes is due to them being the only thing to make me throw up when I was expecting DD 27 years ago!)

Also guilty of the tuna, but at least that will get used once DS moves out (he's the one who doesn't like that!)
