    Hi lovely NSD gang :A
This is going to be a quick roundup this evening - 5 pages to catch up with tonight so it’s going to be shorter than usual if that’s OK by you all. Lots of NSDs rolling in already, well done everyone:A

Huge hugs to Kathy from all of us, we’re all thinking about you:A

A very warm welcome to all our newbies signing up this month, new people are always welcome to join, we’re a a very friendly, if slightly insane, bunch and a surreal sense of humour definitely helps. We are, however, very serious in our aim to cut down on our spending and are happy to give advice/tips/hints so please ask if you’re not sure about anything. Everyone seems to have more success if they post regularly on here and join in the chat - not sure why, but it seems to work, so please feel free to join in

    So welcome to:
Sequeena: :hello: hi and welcome, good to have you on board. Signing you up for 7 now - good luck. Keep posting, look forward to lots of updates
    ((((hugs)))) thinking about you
PurpleJay: :hello: hi and welcome, good to have you on board. Signing you up for 10 now - good luck. Keep posting, look forward to lots of updates
kerri gt: :hello: hi and welcome, good to have you on board. Signing you up for 8 now - no target is paltry, starting low is the way to go - NSDs take some getting used to to start with so you’re very wise
~evanesco~: :hello:hi and welcome, good to have you on board. Signing you up for 8 now - good luck. Keep posting, look forward to lots of updates

    And welcome back to:

    Good morning everyone -
Pleased to report NSD no 2 for yesterday, delighted.

Also, puss and doglet seem to be on the mend - thankfully! No sickness or "the other" today so that is a plus!:)
Work again today, had a carp day yesterday, my work seem to think cos Im part time, I can be put in any team at any time to "help out" They always say " well you ARE only here 2 days a week" No other member of staff has to do this. I feel discriminated against!I've been there 10 years but I've only been PT for 3. I'm the only PTer in the dept and there's a lot of petty jealousy about it. I had to fight hard to get PT in the first place! Sorry for the rant, but we've had a lot of changes in our place recently and I was just starting to feel comfortable and happy in the job I've got!

Kathy - still thinking of you today, you were really brave yesterday, give yourself lots of TLC and remember we're all here for you. ((((hugs))))

    Have a lovely day everyone:)

you will always be rich enough to be generous.

Yesterday was a spend day but nothing major.
£42.01 on petrol (damn that penny!) and £5 as a deposit for a night out i'm having in October before my friend goes back to Oz to live. So not too bothered about that!
On the down side, house we are moving into (this Friday, I hope) has a disconnected phone line, so going to cost us £110 to reconnect it, how annoying. Although it won't come out for another month or so.
Will hopefully exchange today, fingers crossed!
Finally, debt free for the first time since I was 18!:D

    Morning all!
I'm hoping for a NSD today - I don't need anything and its pouring with rain here so not tempted to go anywhere at the moment.

I'm getting fed up of staying in and doing boring household jobs whilst waiting to get paid but unfortunately have very little cash until then (13th I think/hope!).

Oh well, at least there's money on the way!

That was shorter than usual? Wow Spoon, you're a legend! :D
You're spelling is effecting me so much. Im trying not to be phased by it but your all making me loose my mind on mass!! My head is loosing it's hair. I'm going to take myself off the electoral role like I should of done ages ago and move to the Caribean. I already brought my plane ticket, all be it a refundable 1.
  • Ok, think I may have to replace even more groceries to-day, leaving my two (20 something) children alone for a fortnight resulted in really really empty cupboards, they've used quite a lot of my emergency supplies. (you know the ones in case there is a war, flood, narional emergency and I have to deal with it with 20 tins of chopped tomatoes)

Tomorrow should be better and friday will be spendy, not to bad so far.

Looking forward to coming down your back passage BDINI, still wondering what to wear but am practicing my nasel whine (Scottish neds(chavs) all have a nasel whine, don't ask me why, they just do), burberry what about burberry could wear that, thing is the baseball cap has to be worn so far back on your head, it would keep falling off, not easy this sartorial puzzle................
