I put my house on the market about six weeks ago and in the second week we got 3 viewings and then one person came back and viewed it again then we had one more the next week, now we have had nothing. No. Every day I do a RM search: "everything, in the county of X, that has changed in the last 24 hours" and it's about 120-150/day, so I skim through them all ... and when I passed that one I recognised it.

If/when a property has a price reduction, it shows up under the "24 hours" filter, highlighting to me all price drops.
