Faulty D500 - Seller lied about condition
Comments

shes trying it on ignor her, if she had proof she posted a "good condition phone" she should have emailed paypal photos etc, it will cost £30 to go to small claims, hardly worth it for a £37 quid phone, suprised paypal did not want you to send it back to her though0
-
Have you left her feedback yet?
If not then make sure to add abusive email received.

Yeh, that is what i was thinking. I am going to ignore her for a while, and if she keeps on persisting, then I will ask her to pay for postage so that she can have the phone. And before I post it, I will take photos of everything, even the cover she sent it in. Nope, haven't left any feedback yet, should I just as yet?0

Cant you leave feedback without fear of a retaliatory negative now? Seeing as you won the claim?
Wouldnt paypal remove any negative feedback?Be nice0
