I spoke to a chiropractor and they said they are good in some respects but can worsen exsisting bone or muscle issues because they hold you in position IYSWIM.
If you do want one try places like Dunelm to get them a bit cheaper or sometimes Tescos/Morrisons etc have a special on them26.2.19/14.1.19: T MC 3629.26/3629.26 : VM 0% 1050/13876.59 : W 0% 100/1485 = 4409.26/18990.85 =25.17%28.1.19/28.1.19 Hubs 0% £400/£2,977 =13.44%SPC 2019 #073

I am just so chuffed. OliveOyl, I have just been on to join the Roll of Honour! I wrote my little piece and I have to say I choked up a bit writing it - I feel quite emotional. So in true emotional girl style, I would just like to repeat what I said on the honour roll - thank you to all of you, you have helped me so much
