Completed Day 5 of operation flab bust with another early gym session. A bit easier than yesterday - a quick row and some ab/back exercises. Just a run to do over the weekend and then have PT session at 6.30 on Monday morning.

Today is payday and I have my pennies all lined up and organised for the month. Hope to have about £100 extra for the barclaycard this month.

re memory foam topper, they are £130!!!!!! but if i can have a better nights sleep its worth it i suppose :)

I spoke to a chiropractor and they said they are good in some respects but can worsen exsisting bone or muscle issues because they hold you in position IYSWIM.

If you do want one try places like Dunelm to get them a bit cheaper or sometimes Tescos/Morrisons etc have a special on them

I am just so chuffed. OliveOyl, I have just been on to join the Roll of Honour! I wrote my little piece and I have to say I choked up a bit writing it - I feel quite emotional. So in true emotional girl style, I would just like to repeat what I said on the honour roll - thank you to all of you, you have helped me so much :o
