Are you allowed ginger. That is what I would suggest. I'm suspecting you won't be allowed flat coke - that's also good for sickness.

Hello all,
I have been busy this week, I still have the soap opera of my parents playing on my mind. She has now moved out and seems to hate me for some reason
oh well her loss.
I have finally had enough of the nursery so I have told them this afternoon that I am sick of being treated like a criminal and that I do not take kindly to having 6-7 calls a day from them, and at the end of the day had they not kept the forms for 3 months then they would have been paid up already, and that as of now I am withdrawing my child from them. I will get my back payment on friday next week and they will be paid up and gone from my life.
I have been dating my new girl friend for 3 weeks today
all is going swimmingly and I am really happy with how things are going. Well apart from the fact that her alarm clock didn't go off this morning so I may get in to a little bit of bother from my placement. I just rang up and apologized and arranged to make the shift up over my annual leave. She is cooking me something special tomorrow so I am really looking forward to that
On the debt front I am so close to paying off the first 1k its kinda killing me, I do think that once I have gone over this mile stone that I will have a psychological battle won!TOTAL AT START £13606.90 27/03/2018

Claire - I once slept in the most comfortable bed ever and it had a lovely mattress topper on it. Best bed I've ever slept in
You probably need more water than you are drinking. I try for around 3.5 to 4 litres now.
