Coppers changed up at Post Office - £3 to add to the hedgehog. I know i said it was going to be £2 coins but I'm just chucking whatever I can in there. I might start slipping the odd £10 note in as I am doing a great job of forgetting about the money.

    £8.10 on OnePoll

No PAD today - will resume as soon as I get some maintenance :rotfl:

Yep done it, much better. Also I thought they would modernise the rest of the forum screen too. It doesn't match at all either, like the top bit is all modern and the bottom bit old-fashioned. Also the colours don't match either - pastel green with the stronger colours at the top. I've done a course in interior design - I know my colour wheel and what goes together and why (and why not) :D

The idea behind the fixed width is that it becomes far easier to micro-manage how stuff appears on people's screens, and to be able to endlessly "polish" it.

The problem with the forum is that the Content Providers/Editors (i.e. us) don't give a flying fart how it looks. The value is in the words, not that they can fit in a 648 pixel wide graphic without impinging on the 148 pixel sidebar and causing those people who have 800 pixel wide screens to end up with a bottom scroll bar...

I just find it ironic that the preview looks so completely different from your final post. This is because the preview doesn't have the cell on the left with your avatar and name in it.

Not really a preview at that point...

I must admit I don't think i've previewed any posts since the change....

Did it used to have the cell on your left with name and post count? I'm not very observant :o

I'm loving the sound of the ebay app. I've downloaded it and will try it some day soon.

Two DVDs sold on ebay last night :). One buyer paid, the other hasn't. Why don't they just pay up? I always pay straight away. Never muck people about where money is concerned. I'm still waiting payment for something that sold last weekend too :(

Four watchers on things ending on Sunday :)

No CM :(. I also thought child benefit was going in today too but it hasn't. I think I've got confused from when it was paid in december :o. If I've calculated right it should go in on Tuesday. Not a problem though (at the moment).

    £2.82 PAD to barclaycard.

Ebay buyer has paid up so both parcels sent off today.

The other one from last week emailed to say that her paypal should be fixed monday and she'll pay then.

Getting ready for my challenge to spend just £30 in adl1 so i can use my £5 voucher. I've even (sad though it is) written my list and put an approximate price next to each item so I can get as close to the £30 as possible so it feels like more of a saving :D

I've booked up for dd, me, my friend and her dd to see A Monster in Paris on Sunday. That is expense I hadn't budgetted for but dd really wants to see it and I felt so guilty that we had to stay in all last weekend because of my migraine that I have given in. My friend will pay me her half and we will make popcorn to take rather than pay their exhorbitant prices. I will need to buy some 3D glasses too.

I will be back in a mo with next week's meal plan. Busy week next week so might not be too interesting.
