:mad::mad::mad: just typed a long reply and it's been lost :mad::mad::mad:

Busy day at work. I didn't go for a run but that was mainly because I was (and still am) in so much pain from Tuesday night's pole class.

Got home and hoovered upstairs and down, cooked dinner, did dd's reading and put her to bed. Have done a white load and hung it out, the darks are on now. I will mop the floors before I go to bed. I need to list some more bits on fleabay later.

It's payday tomorrow and it's all making quite depressing reading. In order to accomodate the cost of getting the exhaust done I have had to reduce grocery budget (down to £150), payment to cc (down to just £30 :() and holiday payment (down to £0 ) and I've got to book my speed awareness course at some point and that hasn't been budgetted for at all.

    Meal plan

Friday - just me so something on toast (tuna melt???)
Saturday - Sausage casserole, rice and veg
Sunday - lamb stovies, veg, yorkshire puds
    Monday - salmon pasta
Tuesday - at mum and dad's
    Wednesday - chilli & rice
Thursday - scampi, chips and sweetcorn

    Other financial news....

Bid received for fleabay item - only 99p but all helps

    £1.94 PAD to CC :)

Five more squids in the hedgehog :)

Second load out of the machine and hung up. Final load in and set to finish 7am tomorrow. About another 6 things listed on fleabay. Just got teeth to brush and floors to mop then I'm off to bed :)

Impressive :T Have there been any injuries in the class? I know you bruise a lot but I mean bigger things like broken/dislocated bones 'cause it looks a bit dangerous.

Welcome back Mags - I was starting to worry about you.

At the end of the day it's only money, I was just a bit peeved because my schedule has been thrown right off. Things always seem to work themselves out though :)

A few weeks back a girl fell off. She was upside down (not very high up, maybe just a couple of feet) and just dropped. I saw it all but wasn't close enough to grab her. I thought she'd broken her neck but she escaped with a bruised shoulder and a friction burn.

If it sells I will ;) You are probably thinking it's far more saucy than it actually is :D

Food shop done and it came in at £29.85 so was within my strict £30 weekly budget. They had some knitting sets there for £2.99 and I bought one to teach dd how to knit. Only thing is it's that really bobbly wool that looks great on a finished item but not so easy to teach a beginner with.

I also bought dd a chocolate bunny and an easter egg. They were both 99p. I'll get some more bits next time.

I've printed off the matched betting instructions. I'm not sure if I'll be brave enough to try it but I'm very impressed with how well benbenandme does with it. It's encouraging that it says how tricky it is and that it takes most people several reads before they get it.

I've had my tea - went for veg stirfry with noodles, a small wash is in and I am catching up on all my TV that I missed last night :)

In a vain attempt to prevent a 'saturday headache' I set my alarm to get me up the same time I do during the week. It's a nuisance but if it means I won't get a headache my 3pm I don't mind.

It does mean that I'd showered, hairwashed, face on, breakfasted and got all the ironing done by 8.30 :T

Just need to strip beds, dry hair and get dressed. I want to get out by 10am if not sooner.

I had a good read through all the match betting bumpf and it is *starting* to click. i think i still need a few more read throughs but I don't feel quite so thick as I did last time I read it ;)

Well i did get a headache :( but I managed to get rid of it within half an hour by taking some of dd's liquid ibuprofen :jI just have the carb craving going on now but that will be sorted pdq with some waffles :)

We popped to sainsbugs to get a few bits then we went for a bike ride. Well, dd rode and I trotted behind her.

Then after lunch we went to the park with my sister and nephew. This weekend is all about exercise :D

Sausage casserole for tea (courtesy of a recipe from here) very nice.

I'v just dyed my hair which I've been meaning to do since December but the grey has finally got the better of me. It was one of those foam dyes and they really are so simple - I don't know why I don't do it more often. This one was Pure Darkest Brown and I'm really pleased with it.

Had a minor panic earlier after dd was playing with my iphone. She managed to delete the green phone app that's at the bottom of the screen  I could receive calls but not make any. I few quick enquiries on the mobile board has sorted it and I've updated it to the latest version so will have a play around later and see if it's any different.

Going to catch up with my TV and then get to bed - got a 6 mile walk to do tomorrow :D
