After weeks of tweaking the budget I have finally worked out that I can get my exhaust this (salary) month.:j

Blast - have just realised that I haven't included the fact that i have gone into my overdraft this month  the cashback will soften the blow a bit and I have probably overbudgetted on the car costs as I still have half a tank of petrol left and I've usually run out by this time of the month (petrol gauge is probably faulty :rotfl:) but it's still a nuisance.

Back to the tweaking the budget again....I know just how George Osborne feels......

Thanks and welcome Rosa  How's the pole dancing coming along? This is what I almost managed last night.

Quite a successful evening. We didn't get home till 6 after I'd picked DD up from the ASC. I got held up in traffic and had to go the long way home through all the country lanes. We managed to get her homework done, clean the bathroom (I did that she didn't help me) and get the dinner cooked and on the table by 7pm. I'm getting better at this :D

I really need to up the fleabay sales. That ghastly ornament still hasn't sold. Every week it has a few watchers and still no one buys it

I've found some old Vogue and Marie Claire magazines. The Vogue mags came from my needlework teacher when i was at school - they are late 1960s / early 1970s. Just to be clear I wasn't at school then, that's the dates they were published :p The Marie Claires I bought and are late 1980s / early 1990s. I don't hold out much hope of any of them selling as it's a bit of a niche market. They are great fun to look through though - a bit of social history.

This would be a great month for the cashback on my PO credit card to pay out.

And my blasted form came through for the Speed Awareness course so that will have to be paid soon too  £80-£120 :mad:

    Ooooh I am impressed :T:T

I'm a bit cross and frustrated with the pole stuff at the minute, I was so busy with the move I didn't get the core exercises done for the last half of the intro course and I was a bit distracted at classes too. Then I missed a couple and had a private lesson instead since it was free - worked out cheaper that way :) . But am noticing that I've lost strength from those first few motivated weeks and I want to catch up. I went last night but was really distracted from work and feeling tired and hormonal, so am going to focus on core exercises this week and look at some videos to try and get the moves into my head and get me motivated again... so video v good plan thank you :A

There are some strengthening exercises for pole dancing on youtube I noticed earlier.

I always notice it when I haven't been to a class for a while. Missed 2 months before xmas and it really showed.

Just started watching the Rory Gallagher thing I recorded at the weekend (whilst listing CDs on fleabay) and the first person playing tribute to him is the absolutely fabby Johnny Marr....:T

I have listed 9 CDs and 3 magazines (and that da.mn ornament) tonight. I have some more magazines to do but cannot face any more tonight

I doubt any of them will sell but at least they're on there and I can just keep hitting the 'relist' button.

I like the idea of a constant stream of items ending every day. Gives me hope :o

Loving the Rory gallagher documentary but I've been a bit distracted with all the listing so haven't been taking it in properly. It'll make good ironing TV another day :D

    And so to bed.....

Perhaps they're all going "I can't believe that's for sale!" *watch*

And to think, for me, strengthing for poles involves plate steel and welding...
