  • Yes Gilli, I couldn't do the full stretch with Chris Evans, bit like eating too many jelly babies too quickly !
SH, funny enough I was ordering my dream job at 6.00 am while walking the dog by the river...

This weeks local paper has absolutely no jobs at all ! Not even a Red driving instructor ad !

  • That was exactly how I felt yesterday, cross, betrayed and yet again belittled by the powers that be at work.

Someone I thought was a friend, clearly is not. Cross with myself for letting the pettiness of a situation get to me.

I think I've just hit the famous 'tipping point' a la MG !

I don't really want to share the same airspace as some people at work today, but I will, with politeness and grace.

I have a 5 page application form for a totally wonderful job, that I have to get in the post today. I'm on attempt 13 for one page that that I keep making stupid spelling mistakes. Then I have to tackle the 'person specification and give examples' page.

Turning this anger into positive energy and will get things done.

Thanks Cheri, I will get it done. I think it's using a good old fashioned pen and not a keyboard that is driving me insane ! Am going to type it out then handwrite it if that makes sense !

Perfect sense DC. I have just sent for an application form and was shocked to hear that I have to write it out longhand. Oh how life changes. Good idea to type it first.

My application form arrived, decided against the job. Not that I dont think that I can do it but based on the job description to pay, I have decided I am worth more if they expect me to take on the stress involved in the targets. So form in bin.
Hope that you got on well with yours and it is now posted.
