Mashed potatoes, mashed sweet potatoes, mashed butternut, yoghurt, scrambled eggs, broth, bread in soup, porridge, jelly, custard, soft berries, mashed potatoes...

I've always indulged in mashed potato with tinned spaghetti when recovering from surgical removal of wisdom teeth. :D It's yummy and no chewing required! AND, if you're not feeling up to making the mash OP, you can have the instant stuff! :)

Scrambled eggs are good, jelly, custard, yoghurt, porridge, soups etc are all good too.

But...it does get boring after a while and doesn't always fill you up, so I understand your frustration OP.
