Somedays he can be seriously lacking in info.....I don't even know if he is likely to get it plastered or need surgery, and I can't "be annoying him with texts or calls"......But I do know he is in one piece, was talking to me earlier and DD was already in creche so fine.
I'm trying to think of the practicalities and my mind is a blank. Except for black bags for showers.
My mum has just had her cast taken off after breaking her wrist 8 - 10 weeks ago - you can get special wraps tp go over cast for shower. : ) She was getting driven mad by it as she said its the silly things that drive you potty. Good Luck:A Want2Bdebtfree

Spent €44.90 in Lidl to-day and €3.50 in butchers....€48.40 to add to the €87 odd already spent so will be ok I think, might manage to go down a fiver next month, if I try any more I will surely make a muck of the whole thing again!
Winged one, hope that OH is ok...if they put a pin in he may not need a plaster....so many black bags saved! Will probably be sore so maybe a few packets of pain-killers are in order.

I have had internet problems and very busy weekend so not been following thread, I am up to about £85 now, but need to double check receipts.
Not much left for the rest of the month, but we have loads of things ready to eat from the freezer and also from the allotment, so should manage to do it I think.0 -
Hi All,
Had an NSD yesterday as we were helping friend move. She was also kind enough to buy us a Chinese last night to share in her new home with some very nice pink sparkly wine.
Been out and bought a couple of salad bits today which OH says is the beginnings of party stuff. (Sig is updated)
We now only have about £111 for the rest of the month and I fear he will blow a vast lump of that on Friday when DD takes him shopping. Oh well, I have been telling myself (and you :rotfl:) that we'll blow the budget this month so I mustn't get too disheartened. Just need to reel him in for the rest of the month after the weekend.
Mind you the fridge is looking bare and we will need to do a house grocery shop before month end and the kittens (they're nine now but still get called that) will need food next week if not this weekend. So I reckon we'll be at least £60 over if not more. S'pose I won't be 50 again!
Really not looking forward to tomorrow at the moment - keep telling myself the current in phrase about 50 being the new 40 but its not working its magic today.
Right off to see what in the latest MSE email.
I may well see you tomorrow but if not it'll be Friday.
Take care all and keep up the fantastic money saving/watching,

36p on a newspaper today. I've booked tomorrow off work, so no doubt i'll spend. It's the air show here and last year the traffic was horrendous so the thought of trying to get in and out was enough to make me decide to stay at home. I need to go into town for some bits and go to the bank, so will have a wander, but probably won't stay and watch as it will be soooo busy!Grocery challenge - Nov: £52/£100
