Well my order arrived first thing this morning and not one item damaged or broken. Like a previous poster I'd ordered a few of those organic thingys and what I thought the rye flakes was going to be was something like corn-flakes for breakfast to add to my muesli. They weren't they were rolled rye grains which look just like porridge oats. Result! I've just bought a bread-maker so these will be soooo very handy. Plus the sunflower seeds for the same purpose.

I love AF, I do. And thanks to Scott for packing my order. Top bloke with the bubble-wrap.

Have you noticed the "pants and stethoscope" :rotfl: Why would they need a best before date? and it doesn`t say if they are to fit male or female?

Because of the low salt? I haven't tried them, but on a saltier note can recommend the reggae reggae groove ones, which are far too good. Fortunately, I am a bit more restrained with the big bags and keep them for when we have guests. Yes, no expense spared in af stuff when we entertain!

I also love AF. I do tend to buy treats though. Everything is always packed really well and arrives quickly. I have only had one order where something was damaged and after a quick phone call I had a refund. No complaints here

:jGot my first ever Approved Food order today....very pleased. Well packgaged and came within the time they texted and e-mailed me this morning.
I had already had an e-mail that the goods they can't supply will be refunded.
Maybe it could encourage people to buy stuff they wouldn't normally have, but it also gives you an oppourtunity to try things out at a knock down price.
My family can't understand why on earth I bought a catering sized tin of tomatoes....but I'll show 'em ways I can use them up!!

as i cant get approved food to deal with my issue directly im coming on here to seek help .
i placed an order but immediately decided to cancel it , ive been emailing AF to refund the monies taken but apparently my communications arent getting through ! so come AF rep see if you can end this issue.

If you want a sensible response to your problem it might be best to either send a personal message to the AF Rep on here or phone them up. Do you still have your confirmation email with your order number on it? I wasn't aware that you could cancel an order once you'd been through the check-out and paid for it but if the system has accepted payment, not refunded it and haven't delivered the order then you must be.

ive just logged into my emails to get the ref number and they have sent me notification of my refund.

Long grain rice that isn't........ Using my netbook, I placed my order to include this. the note at the bottom that it appears to be short grain didn't appear, so a heads up to others ordering this:

It's more like arborio rice (for risottos or maybe rice pudding) and probably won't cook well with your sweet and sour.......

Well after much deliberation I finally took the plunge and ordered a load of goodies from AF. Was told when delivery would come........ waited, and waited and waited. No delivery. No reason. I emailed and had a small complain about the delivery service. Result? Next day (today) an email saying the delivery would take place today. No explanation, no apology. Not happy. At all.

If this is an example of customer service, I'm outta here!

I'll let you know if it comes today.
