Oppsy, wonder what went wrong there Sam. I've not had that problem before and ordered loads. Normally been very reliable in my experience.
Only problem that I've had is that when items needed refunding I had to ask and I refused to have credit as I wanted the cash back. Always got it in the end.
Having said that, recently my orders have been perfect so pleased with them again.AUGUST GROCERY CHALLENGE £115.93/ £250

Hear that bang bang bang sound? Thats me bashing my head against a brick wall. In frustration. Asked AP to try and deliver the goods today, maybe explain what happened to the no show delivery yesterday. Could the goods be delivered to my home I said.
No delivery to my home....... but they did try and deliver to my work. Where I wasn't. So delivery refused because of security.

Ordered from AP last Sunday and still waiting to know when the delivery is, had email yesterday to say order packed and waiting for Courier, gave tracking link but when I use this it says no details.
Dont think I will use them again as it makes it hard to plan
your time when you are left hanging about likethis, someone has to be here for order so cannot go out until this is delivered.Slimming World at target0 -

The tracking link will only become active after the courier company has picked up the parcel0 -

Once the parcels are with dpd, you are in their system and it is beyond af . I always get a text with a delivery slot of an hour, on the day of delivery, which is usually accurate. Dpd are very efficient in mya experience, But also very impersonal when something goes wrong. For instance, it's hard to collect from their depot, or as you found, change the delivery place. They should leave a card at your work with redelivery options. I imagine that will be friday, monday or Tuesday. Also, for future reference, if they miss you at home, you can leave the card designating a safe place, so you don't have to be in. Can't set that up before the first attempt, they want a signed card from you.0 -

My post above is also relevant to you. The email you have had is the first of two, you should get another telling you it will be delivered. I suggest you live normally and accept you may miss the first attempt, but then can be ready for the next, which you choose from options on the card. Also make sure your mobile phone number is on the af system to get the texts.0 -
Thank you for that. I am still waiting for delivery, was promised today, but so far no goods...... I do think its DPD that are to blame but if AF use them and then get this low level of service then I can only moan to AF. I tried to contcat DPD, no joy.
I despair of getting my order

I despair of getting my order
I once got into a nightmare situation where I had ordered a parcel for my daughter in York, but the default address on PayPal was here in Essex. So I discovered this and tried to change it, but despite AF best efforts it arrived here and I sent it away twice. Eventually it was easier to take the stuff and do another order. Once the order has turned up and you have a card, the whole thing becomes possible. It will be worth it. I try to hang loose on the delivery date, as it's not worth staying in for, if I can get them to leave it another day when I'm not on. Good luck.0 -
i havent had any problems with deliveries yet, but to be fair, im always in.
always get text with a one hour time slot. and it always arrives in that hour.
i have a 2 year old grandson with coeliac disease and i buy tons of stuff for him from AF , including chocolate biscuits , cakes etc, which are really really expensive to buy from supermarket, and to be honest, the quality of it is better than what we get locally.
Also been buying the bulk cooking stuff, its saving me a fortune!!
any other good sites to buy from anyone?0
