Just received a big order with lots of juice and 7up from approved food. Good deals on cereal bars and tinned tomatoes at the moment too. Also lots of gourmet chocolate dated January 2012. And cashews good too. I should also mention lots of catering size Indian foods.. Eg lime pickle, mango chutney, sesame oil, at a huge reduction. Also regular sized curry sauces and man's.

I know it all depends on what you order from them, but they have had some good deals lately- the catering packs of pasta and the juices are still good.
Today for instance I think this is good-

andif I wasn't on a diet I would order the giant thai curry sauce and freeze it in batches

and they also seem to have a fair bit of gourmet stuff on.

  • I've just received the massive tin of thain green curry paste. Anyone got any easy recipes for using this up that they are prepared to share?

It does say on the tin to store in a suitable container in the fridge for up to 2 months so I don't need to use the whole lot straight away.

Oh, it really is like being a kid at Christmas when that box arrives, isn't it? :rotfl:

I ran straight downstairs to mix up a batch of chocolate pudding... my goodness, a third of a bag makes an awful lot! I ate one bowlful and I've filled an icecream tub with the rest and popped it in the freezer (judging by the texture I think it would make good ice cream - watch this space to find out whether it works).

I'm also supping on an iced green tea - odd flavour but very refreshing, mmm. And most of my Christmas present shopping is in there too! :rotfl:

Free delivery on orders over £40 weighing less than 100 kg. There is a new video explaining the site too- at least I hadn't seen it.

When I looked at what we have been eating and drinking over Christmas, I am conscious that we used so much approved food stuff, especially shloer and j20. So maybe if you are thinking of saving money in the new year it would be worth having a look. I don't know what other people think,as for quite a while their packing was suspect at times, but imo they are really on top of this now with good packing materials and I haven't had anything broken for ages.

Good deals at the moment if you haven't tried the site would be...
