Brilliant service again! Last 2 orders (months apart) have been perfectly packed and all items are of a high quality! I LOVE the syrup/choc/toffee sponges and instant custard but not sure my waistline will.
Still enjoying the mcflurry bits from earlier in year, hope they get more in kids love them. Was put off a bit before these orders as had a couple in a row with stuff damaged/missing BUt i believe they may use a different courier now.
I just need to use up the catering baking packs so I can order more stuff. yorkshire pudding anyone?Life happens when you are busy making other plans

Usually three or four days max. Couple of days before they send email of confirmation of picking and then another day for the courier.
My latest order was placed on Sunday and arrived yesterday ( Thursday ) , but would have been delayed by the bank holiday0 -
I just received my first Approved Foods order and am thrilled with it. Delivery was quick and not too expensive even though I'm in the Highlands and everything was very well packed. The only problem was that the wild mushroom polenta I ordered was rank! But that's not their fault as even though my partner and I didn't like it there was nothing objectively wrong with it, just not to our taste. I'll definitely be ordering from them again.0

I received my second order from Approved Food today and was really pleased with it and the clear up-to-date information given for delivery. The only problem was the 3.5kg bag of Mcdougall's yorkshire pudding batter mix that had split at the side and spilled inside one of the boxes, what a mess! I've emailed them so just waiting to see what they say.0

My word.... just received my first ever AF order, after a friend on here told me there was loads of gluten free stuff at the moment. I'm shocked at how much money I saved! Luckily, I was in during the hour's delivery slot they told me about, and thats the only issue. The speed, tho, was fantastic. I ordered almost exactly two days ago, to the minute, and its sitting here with me now. Astonishing.2023: the year I get to buy a car0

I love approved food. even their fresh groceries are amazing!!!
and also I love that they use DPD as their courier. I've never had a bad word to say about DPD as they've been amazing every time I've used them (and that's lots, Asus netbook that kept breaking while under warranty and then a thinkpad sent off for insurance repair).0 -
Lots of big bags of pasta on approved food at the moment. Currently 8 types in 5kg bags ranging from £1.39-£2.49 each & there are 1kg bags of Rapesan Fallini a dehydrated hard italian cheese for £1.99 each to go with it.0

Mammoth delivery of pasta yesterday... It looks great. Can I put in a recommendation for the big pots of pesto? I have frozen it and am chopping lumps off it. It is fantastic. It probably would have been ok just in the pot, but i was worried about it. It's £2. 99 for a huge pot of 800g, though I see there is not much left. There is still one tye of pasta at £2. 49 for 5kg as well.0 -
not found much on there to attract me lately. I used to put in a couple of orders every month on average but I haven't been tempted to order for 4 or 5 months now. Although I do check it on a daily basis just in case!
Apart from the obvious one of the pasta (which I didn't need as I have a cupboard full of pasta already) I'm finding that the prices on AF aren't anywhere near as good as they used to be.
