If you have been waiting for a good time to order i think there is some good stuff right now. 3 for £1 Ocean spray cranberry and blackcurrant, 2 for £1.50 raisin and almond crunch cereal, 800g tomato puree for 75p, bargain olives and lots of strange things to add a bit of interest. Kosher stuffed eggplant anyone?0

not posted for some time but i do still browse
the website i think you referred to the_cat is swinco.i only found out about it on here a couple of months back and have since ordered.reading about the site it's fairly new so obviously not as many products @ the minute as the more established sites but i couldn't grumble and had great customer service.i'd tell anybody to give it a go0 -
I have tried a couple of the cans which have been on the site which are a bit unusual. The indian cheese in tomato sauce went down really well here as a side dish, but it is quite hot- it encouraged me to think that the Indian stuff on the site is good quality. The stuffed aubergines were like stuffed vine leaves, with a good rice mixture in the middle. Good for lunches for the summer as they are in salad dressing and my Mum who is coeliac liked the idea of them as she sometimes has quite a boring choice for lunch.0

I have had a few orders lately and must say that AF is much improved esp the packaging. I like the delivery notification too
but
re healthy diet: I am very careful about what I buy and have been stocking up esp with drinks as we want the bottles for plant waterers. Any `unhealthy` food I do buy tends to be from AF eg chocolate, speciality biscuits, white flours, tinned fruit. I cannot resist a bargain and don`t normally buy this type of item. I have enough bottle waterers now so will have to be more picky but good luck to AF. I admire the way they handle customer problems. A very good little company0 -

I don't think they are as good as they were. My last one was disappointing. Probably worth a punt from time to time.:j Trytryagain FLYLADY - SAYE £700 each month Premium Bonds £713 Mortgage Was £100,000@20/6/08 now zilch 21/4/15:beer: WTL - 52 (I'll do it 4 MUM)0
