    done ......:)
  • saw this company in the press- first thing i noticed was the vast majority ids really junk food, i made an order. 2 days later i made another order- the crisps were worth ordering in bulk for use in pack ups etc- it took 8 days to deliver the first package and i have today recieved an email saying my second order is being picked!.. it will be deilvered @ 12 days after ordering. the delivery is too slow and when the delivery cost is added it takes away from the savings you think you have made.

summary; delivery much too slow, majority of stock is junk food .. many items can be found in discount foodstores like poundstretcher and heron for the same price.

i doubt i will use again. i had a package delivered from china quicker and cheaper!

Used to order on a Sunday and get on a wed morn so 2 working days delivery

They will be slower due to recent publicity boom in orders

Been using them for about a year and do one order generally a month. Nothing bad to say

Just to add, they have improved their customer services a lot - when occasionally something has been damaged or not as described, they're quick to refund.

tried these guys for the first time.
you need to make a large order to cover the delivery cost, and its very slow.
1st couple of things i tried were really off - make you seriously sick kind of off. Im sure the non perishables are fine, but i wont ever order food from this site again. I just paid 50 quid to dump someones elses rubbish into my bin

Been with them for 5 years , and can honestly say I have never had anything inedible from them. If you have had something , then speak to them and they will more than likely give you a credit.

Speed doesnt really bother me - doesnt matter if my crisps or soup packets take a week to deliver - but they will be a bit slower at the moment due to the recent TV publicity and the resulting additional orders

im sure crisps/dehydrated soups/toilet rolls are fine if theyre delivered either tomorrow or next week. That wasnt however what i wanted to buy.
If there was any kind of contact address on their website, i would have contacted them to complain.
