    Morning TYO :j

Ikea  clearly is not my favourite place.. But needs must and all.. We did not stay that long, so I can cope ok..
Our bathroom should be delivered on 19th March, and the fitter can then start from that day onwards.. I need to remember to take pictures :p...

Am finding a lot of regular mfw diaries that I havent even read before, am really embarrased. Have read through most of it Froggy and very inspired by your totals. Amazing.

As for your offer on the food recipes I need an idiots guide as I said on Michelles.
Do I need to fry the bacon and veg before I put it in the quiche? I am so dumb when it comes to cooking. Any other easy recipes with veg in would be good as I want to get more fruit and veg in our diet. We are already on the smoothies and they are going down well with the kids for fruit. They eay fruit anyway but this will help me more.

    Hey Pammy :D

Thanks for stopping by, much appreciated :p

Concerning quiche fillings, yes its better to fry it in pan before adding it to the mixture.. especially if you have ham/bacon/mushrooms/peppers as they hold a lot of moisture (if you don't fry it, your quiche will be soggy (sp?) ) if you let me know what filling you want in it, and I can prepare a step by step guide for you..
I saw on another thread that you can work with mince..Mince is very versatile, so I can find you lots of recipes.. Let me know what you're thinking about cooking or ingredients you've got in and we can go from there...

Mortgage overpayment of £ 1,515.04 made this morning which brings our February total to £1,915.04...which is a bit less than we anticipated, but we have the Scotland holiday to pay for (which I will do later on this morning)..
Hopefully, its another step closer to mortgage freedom :p

I have been asked to sub tonight for another team at table tennis.. A bit of practice, and some good exercise for the diet!

    Have a great day!

Thanks Iris! :D Long may it continue! How is the Blue gang doing? By the way, my cellar is still pretty full!! I am still waiting for you to visit to help me out!!

I have just paid the balance of the Scotland holiday! Thats another thing ticked off my list!

Pay rises at work should be announced in the next 2/3 weeks.. I have just finalised the ones for my staff this morning... Hopefully I will get something, and that would be effective from end of March onwards... OH gets paid on the 28th (me tomorrow :p) and hopefully she will transfer me some money left over from her account.. Then will pay off the monthly CC on the 6th, which should also leave something to OP from our joint account...

All good here thank you just busy busy busy. I swear I'll meet myself coming back one day !

You still have a big supply of vino then ? :D I'm trying to stay off it , had a bottle the other night , my first since Christmas , I honestly think I cannot drink any more and I didn't even enjoy it. I think I'm getting too old for it! BUT I'll remember where you are. ( just in case :p )

You must feel really good now with your OP's. It's addictive isn't it.:)

Yes feeling very addictive at the moment :p.. All going well financially which helped massively though.. I am trying to setup the MFW spreadsheet from Locoblade but I need to grab all the details from my mortgage folder at home :o...
Our aim for this year was to pay off £10K aka the unsecured loan attached to our mortgage, and we are well on track to achieve (and I am secretly hoping to pay off much more)...

Don't worry, I will fight them for it ... From what I hear, there will be a payrise, just don't know how much though..;)
Anyway, whatever it will be will go straight as an extra OP on a monthly basis...
