Hope all is well and that you are all having fun in the snow!

I went to SW last night and lost 5lbs this week! This now takes me to 24 lbs in 6 weeks (1st 10lbs).. Also won my 1.5st award and also got Slimmer of the Week! Woohoo!! :beer: Am well chuffed with that, especially after the weekend in Reading & London and all the food I have had then! I was at home sick on Tuesday so that might have helped a bit...
Anybody knows how SW calculates for Slimmer of the year? Is it based on the weekely average from the week you start?

Northern Rock has confirmed our last OP (£500) but I forgot the new figures at home, so will have to update my signature this weekend!

Only a couple of last minute present to get for friends, and that will be it for xmas preps..OH finishes next Wednesday and will go back to work on Jan 4th, whereas I am in the office during the holidays (except bank holidays)...

Will update the thread this weekend...

Afternoon all :j

Its been snowing very heavily overnight here.. Most of the motorways are shut, and roads are a nightmare.. I did manage to get into town earlier this morning to finish the xmas shopping.. Only one present left for OH that the shop did not have, will have to try a different branch next week, if not she will have to wait until after xmas..

Signature has now updated below.. Very disappointed that the unsecured loan did not get below £10K as targeted earlier this year, and I was only £27 away, therefore following in the steps of Billy Wynvegas, I stepped up and sent Northern Rock a cheque for £30!!!!!:p Don't think Billy would have forgiven me if I had let it go through into the new year with £27 AWAY FROM MY TARGET!! :eek:

We are supposed to have friends around tonight for tea, but not sure if they will make it up here due to the weather.. I saw a fair few abandoned cars this morning on the road..

Pressie found yesterday.. Took OH to the Trafford Centre, it was very quiet... We had lunch at Cafe Rouge (Tesco Clubcard Vouchers ), then went to Goldsmiths to get her a new watch (Emporio Armani - Tesco Clubcard Vouchers :p!)... Roads are very icy up here, it was -11c :snow_grin when we left for work this morning...Only 3.5 days at work! :eek: 5 more sleeps to go, I can't wait! I have had enough of looking at the presents under the tree!! Even Elvis is excited (mmmh might be cabin fever though as he does not want to go out & play in the snow..)..
We are off to a friend after work to deliver presents as they are off on holidays tomorrow...

thanks Jellie :j I only have the bank holidays as I have used all my holiday entitlement OH finishes tonight and will not go back to work until the 4th january... I would be surprised to see how long she resists before she checks her blackberry or laptop... She is a true workaholic!!:eek:

Thanks for popping by.. Don't think the weight loss is going right this week.. We will see the results tomorrow night at the weigh in! i am not expecting miracles...
