Congratulations on the weight loss! Do you think going to the classes/following their meal plan is a help or do you think you could actually do it yourself? I really need to get re-focused on the weight loss, no motivation and christmas party meals are already filling up my diary!Mort at highest - June 2008 - £171,000 - Daily Int 5.9% = £27.64:eek:Offset Mort - Nov 2010 £150,299- Daily Int 3.75% = Nov £15.44Mortgage Jan 2012 - £136,000 - Daily Int 3.75% - £3.100

Morning all
Hope everybody is alright?
Went to SW last night, and it was a 2.5lbs loss for me this week, making up a total of 10.5lbs in 2 weeks!!
OH has managed to secure 3 months more backpay for her payrise, which will help a lot.. We are waiting for her pay/bonus/backpay to do some calculations, and pay off the last loan, and resume OP's...
Work is hell here, got pulled up by my boss in his office yesterday, with his boss and HR, and blamed for something he did not do!!! Got told all my work is slack (but he could not provide any examples)...then 5 minutes later, am told that one of the other manager wants to sack one of my staff because she is not pulling her weight for her (my staff works half day for me and half day for her) My staff is doing a great job for me for the last 2 years and I could not ask for a better member of staff.. However the other manager does not get on with her, just belittles her by email (she never speaks to her), waits weeks on end for a problem to mount up then screams at her, rather than on the day sit her down, explain to her, train her, sort the problem out and move on... I just don't get it..
Sometimes I just wanna quit, its just not worth it...

Hey Froggy
well done on the wt loss thats great!!
sorry to hear work is such a miserable environment ... I can relate to that... have you got a union at all you could speak with ? its horrible to work somewhere where bullying tactics and people coing down on you to cover thier own ars*s is the norm ... and sometimes too its just not worth it for the impact it has on your life!
what are the chances for other jobs coming up? I know some fields it is easier than others in the times we are in
and as Cath rightly says once MF we can pick where we work and what we will put up with! :rotfl:0 -
Hi Froggy, sorry to hear work is so bad.
It might be a good idea for you to make detailed notes of what's happening for a worse case situation. Hopefully though things will calm downCurrently studying for a Diploma - wish me luck

Oh Froggy, that's SO not like you. Hope it resolves itself soon. I too have had a bad week at work with a lot of the staff who report to my staff acting like truculent teenagers. !!!!!!!! to the lot of them :rotfl:
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Come on Billy!! Back on the treadmill!!
Have you got a gym planned in your new castle??
My BMI says 29.5 which I really doubt... That BMI thing is wrong if you are not normal standard size.. I am 6ft5 and 18 stone (hopefully less tomorrow at the weigh in!) and apparently I am border line obese??? To be a healthy BMI I would have to be 11 stones, I would look gaunt and sick!!
Cheers
