Well happy.. Out of the 5 viewings last Saturday, we've had 2 offers, and both buyers have been outbidding each other today.. one of them is a bit keener than the other, so we should have their final offer first thing tomorrow morning..
I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel, just about.. Soon I'll be able to start a new chapter in my life and lead it the way I want :D

    Happy, moi? YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Froggy, I am so delighted for you, that's really excellent news. All thing seem to be going in the right direction now. Look forward to hearing about the exciting times ahead - your funds will really grow once you sell - and then you can start again on the merry MFW journey.

    Best wishes, Tilly x

I won't be able to buy for quite a while as my savings have been depleted..
That does not stop me from looking though..I am either looking at a 2 bed flat or maisonette..
I reckon it will be 2 years worth of savings, probably more..I will use the "Tilly method" and work better, faster & stronger to achieve my goal well before that timeline :D
