    Hello Froggy,

I tend to mainly lurk in your diary, but do feel that I have to "pipe up" today!

The good news is that you're great at your job and obviously have a great way with people, even in cybertown where we've not actually met you but all think you're wonderful. So, although jobs are scarce you're highly employable, must interview easily and this situation won't last forever.

The bad behaviour you're going through is a reflection on those crappy people and although it's put you on a fast pace out of there that you definitely don't need, it's also showing these people up quickly for who they really are. Someone as nice as you should never have to be around people as unworthy as them. So, this is a good thing that you've found out fast enough that it won't affect your cv when you leave without being there long and that you'll be away from the negative nasty people sooner rather than later.

I understand how hard it will be for you if you get to the end of your probation period and they don't keep you, however, don't be dispondent, carry on being the credit to yourself that you are and they may have a rethink and decide that they need you for longer, giving you more time to find something more suitable for and worthy of you.

Also, are they able to do that if you've done nothing wrong? Don't you have rights in that situation? Particularly as you've made an official diary note that you overhead that being said and then it happens.

Life has a funny way of working out, particularly when a positive attitude is involved, so allow yourself wallow time that has to end no later than sunday morning and then it's all about you and how wonderful you are and all the positive things you can do to keep control of your life.

Is there anything you can do on your long commute to help with your situation? I think you said you travel by train right now so can you get online and search for jobs or email your cv out?

You're too good to be brought down by this type of species! xx

    Hi Froggy,

    Chin up :-)

As MuffinTops has mentioned above, it could just be a boon in disguise.
Where there is a will, there is a way. So, start exploring other options before this situation comes to a head.

Thanks to all that read my diary & posted over the last few days.. I really appreciate your support..
I do have to consider myself lucky.. At the end of the day, I have a job (granted, one I dislike much), I am in good health, have a roof over my head and food on the table.. There are many people less fortunate than me out there..

A long week ahead, however I have managed to book myself on two day long HR training which will take me away from my stupid boss.. Bonus, lunch is provided on both days.. Hopefully that will make the week go a bit faster..

Tomorrow, i should be given my car parking space, so I will get a bit more freedom and don't have to waste so much time in public transport..

I am still applying to as many jobs as possible.. Only time will tell if it works..

    Thanks again for your support..

    Froggy ;)

Glad you're keeping your pecker up Froggy :)
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
