Morning all
Its been a very stressful weekTGIF
...
I am off down South after work, as its OH's Nan & Grandad Diamond wedding anniversary, and they are having a party.. Should be quite fun, and nice to see all the family and catch up..
We have received the flooring samples to look at, and I have digged up some info about landlords and short tenancies...
I have been chasing VO about missing vouchers, but apparently their supplier is out of stock of vouchers, hence the delay...
Not really looked at finances lately, so am not sure what the next OP will be...
I am off work on Tuesday for GP appointment, so am hoping for a productive day (painting, oven shopping, gardening..)
My mum is much better.. Doc has reduced her medication, and she is chilling out at home... She says "Thanks" for all your kind words...
Hope everybody is well?
Cheers

Thirded...
Hope you both enjoy the weekend and get a chance to chill out...
Incidentally, I can properly recommend Vegas for chilling out, sitting here as I am beside the pool with a corona to my left and a rubbish book Moyra recommended about some lad going around raping everyone in sight to my right. The iPod continues to win over the rapey book...
Cheers,

Afternoon all!
Back from down south, and battled our way through trafiic jams to get back home last night (then battled our way through jams as well this morning on our way to work )
Weekend was good, nice Indian takeaway on Friday night, after a 4 hour drive.. Then spent Saturday going round friends houses, which was very nice..They are all delighted that we are moving back much closer.. And went to the diamond wedding anniversary Saturday night.. It was a good party, nice buffet food, but not many young people.. I can't believe how many times I have been kissed by old bearded woman:rotfl:.. A few tears were shed at the end of the night, as OH's nan has been through hell with health problems, so it was nice to see her enjoy herself so much this weekend...
We got back too late last night to do the food shopping, so our weekly shop will be delivered by Ocado tonight (£20 off voucher + £8.50 cashback)..
I am off tomorrow, but my list of things to do is growing ever so quickly...:( My car is going for its first service on Thursday..
Not much news money wise, we will have to wait till begining of August to have a clearer picture...
Hope everybody is well?
Cheers
