Crikey! How did it happen?
I'd get your injuries sorted first and go with the doctors/nurses advice re: jabs etc.
I'd be horrified if ours bit somebody - it wouldn't be her fault but completely mine, she's my responsibility.
I'm not sure who you'd contact but I'm sure both the police and the RSPCA would be best.
Hope you're ok, Froggy.0 -
Froggy's gone quiet.
Lets hope you've gone to get some medical advice
Let us know how you get on.

Back from A&E, am still alive.. I have 2 puncture wounds on my arm, injury has been dressed up,been given a jab, painkillers and antibiotics for 8 days..
Spoken to neighbour which have offered to put the dog down (I could never ask them) or put new higher fencing.. I have just told them to keep an eye on their stupid dog..
I clearly did not expect that of my Sunday...
Oh well...

The dog doesn't have a conscience but the owners knew what might happen.
I'm glad you're ok Froggy and that the owners eventually took responsibility.
I take it contractors are there to put the fence up this morning?0 -

Kaoha Froggy,
Glad you're ok but you've missed a trick there. You should casually ask how much their dog means to them and elicit a suitable amount of compensation for a) your pain and suffering and b) you magnanimously allowing them to keep their hellhound. Is that me maybe just being too mercenary!? It's only because I haven't had cause to sue anyone in ages! I'm in court on Monday though on behalf of someone else so that will quell my litigous side down for a wee while.
Cheers,

Get well soon. Was the dog off their property?
Its their fault, not the dogs, if they aren't keeping it under control. Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0 -
