    Well 5 days into the shred and i can feel a difference although no difference on the scales as yet. I'm really bloated tho. Hows everyone else getting on with it?

    Basically lifes been hectic BUT i have been padding and tonight i just sat here and added it all up so this posting is mainly to get my jacksie back in gear plus feel free to add this to julys figures as what with holiday and starting a new job i didnt pad in june..
