Afternoon all  just popping in again to see how we're all doing...
..I'm on holiday for 10 days so won't be on here for a wee while.
Not going anywhere special but I am going to be doing lovely things such as making a wardrobe (from three Ikea collapsing ones), decorating and other stuff such as making dresses, curtains and cushions! Not being sarky either. I'm really looking forward to it....
Anyhoo, keep well all of you, and I'll PAD when I get back, if not before....

Hi all, another £1 to the Barclaycard - will it never be gone??nickynoo08 wrote: »Well 5 days into the shred and i can feel a difference although no difference on the scales as yet. I'm really bloated tho. Hows everyone else getting on with it?
I've had a week long break from it due to exhausting early shifts. But started again this morning and feel better for it. On level 2 and it definitely gets easier but is still a hard workout. I think my arms have toned up quite well with it and I feel a bit less chubby round my waist. It could be wishful thinking though! :rotfl:

How's the new job going Sashybo??
It's not bad so far Green, the shifts are a killer and when working I'm on 7 days at a time but the job itself seems ok and the people are pretty nice too. Also get 5 days off every 3 weeks which is pretty good. :j
Do it, do it, start your shred! :j I'm the laziest person ever but have still managed to force myself to do it (admittedly with breaks of up to a week long ).Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.
