    hey booby - how you feeling?

    Mixed bag here today!

    PAD £27.59 :) - have found out i will be getting some money owed to me at end of september so have already decided that when it comes in I will pay off my Mint card. lowest balance and lowest APR but it will be gone! Now I am getting impatient fo rthe money as I want to pay off my card!!

    On the weigh in front :( somehow I have managed to put on this week :( no idea how! I know I haven't been as good on the food side as last week but I haven't been bad and I have really upped the exercise - I'm doing shred everyday and walked 2.5miles yesterday!!! grrrrr will have to try harder this week!

    Unfortunately I seem to have taken two steps forward yesterday and then took one back today. Feeling more woosy than yesterday and the drugs dont seem to be helping, doh! :(

    Don't get disheartened on the weight loss front, I myself can't weight (groan!) to get back to doing Shred. Even though I wasnt losing any weight, my body was def. showing signs of tightening up!
