Really glad Martin mentioned this thread in his email, I use the forums sometimes but had missed this completely. It's just the push I needed. It's also prompted me to round up all the clothes from Simply Be that I tried on and forgot to return. It says I can return them and just pay a restocking fee, so hopefully that will bring my balance down a bit! Have arranged the courier collection.
