I totally agree, however what I'm try to find out is what an asian person working in ASDA would say to a white person and why, risking their job.0 -

Just out of idle interest, what did you have written on your banner?0 -

I think your days of shopping at Asda are over, I'm not sure there's anything the banner would have done. Is there a netto or aldi near you, they sometimes have decent produce at low prices.0

I think thats not only a little extreme, but futile, I am hardly likely to be deterred from shopping in my local supermarket by one disgruntled customer holding a placard. I am assuming Asda was bustling as customers negotiated around you entering or leaving the store, some possibly "laughing" at you for it.:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A

Basically- you're barred, that's it, shop somewhere else.
This situation isn't going be be resolved in a way that satisfies you, so let it go.
I suspect there's some detail you're not telling us. Nobody gets barred from a shop for nothing. They're in business. They *want* to sell you things. They want you in their store, buying their produce, so that they make money. That's their entire raison d'etre. Nobody gets banned for nothing, and on that basis, I just don't buy your O/P.
If it were me, and I really wanted to shop at that store, the first thing I'd do is write to the manager(s) apologising for the misunderstanding, and for being a pain in their !!! with the stupid banner protest, and ask if they'd let me back in the store, where I will be on my best behaviour at all times. Obviously, that's just how I'd approach it- you are free to do what you want.
I'm going to repeat myself here- YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU WANT OUT OF TAKING THIS FURTHER. IT'S A COMPLETE WASTE OF EFFORT. IT'S A WASTE OF EVERYBODY'S TIME- yours, the store managers, the rgional managers, and anyone else you've contacted. It is a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.
I'm going to say one more thing. I've been visiting supermarkets on a weekly basis for at least 25 years now; including ASDA. I have never ever ever ever had one single problem with a member of staff- in fact, I've found them to be willing to go out of their way to help me- in locating a product usually, or telling me about prices for items, or even on one occasion, going out of their way to return me £30 that I had accidentally left in the cash-point machine.
from your O/P, it sounds like you 'put out the joints' of several staff members within the space of a few minutes. Have you thought about what *you* might be bringing to the table?
There's a bit of angriness leaking out in this post, so maybe some of it sounds a bit harsh, but the post is intended to be helpful to you- I'm not 'havin a go'. Best of luck with what you decide; hope you can get back to grabbing those bargains0
