  • OP - you need to get a life and perhaps do your shopping online. Although I would pity the poor delivery person.

:naughty: there's no whoopsies with online shopping;)
    Nothing to report:p

What shop can I go in to avoid these cretins who scramble into the bargain bucket???

They are always the worst customers, I wish they were banned from every shop. When I used to work in a supermarket you'd always see the same unwashed losers with a trolley full of crap nobody else wanted at 9.50pm. They'd put it through the till, and spend 10 minutes analysing the receipt because they thought £3.19 for 12 roast chickens seemed expensive. If they found you'd accidently put through 23 egg mayo sandwiches for 5p each instead of the 22 they actually bought there would be hell to pay.

Why do you lot always have to scrutinise everyone's post the OP is looking for HELP non of you here seem to HELP anybody apart from make snide remarks and jokes when it's obviously something that is bothering someone.

If you are not going to HELP someone why bother sitting on this board everyday waiting for your next victim?

This IS ASDA we're talking about. Having had personal experience of abuse from their atrocious staff if you DARE to suggest they may have made a mistake about something, it doesn't surprise me one bit.

on the whole they are pretty goo round my way. But it makes me laugh to think back to an occasion recently.

I brought an empty trolley in and placed it beside the customer service counter while i went to the toilet.

I came back and it had moved over further into the customer service desk. I claimed it back and the ASDA employee completely lost the plot over it lol
she said that it was there already. I said of course it was because i put it there.

We then had a little "no i did" - "no actually i did"

It got to a stage were she was tearing it from my hands

I said to grow up, i said ill go and get another its not like theres a shortage of trolleys anywhere.

Can't believe my trolley got taxed by the employee lolz
You can't beat an egg.........................NO WAIT!

Hi guys, believe me i wish i was just joking with all of this, i do go to other supermarkets now, as i stated i go to the asda in dewsbury and other stores around halifax, im doing this simply because i believe standing up for your rights and yourself is important.

And Shadowknightz - she states that she is enclosing the reply from asda after i asked her to send one to the head office, this was after talking to her previously.

The reply from asda was from Rebecca Gibson of the directors office. that i had been banned for using racial profanity and that they cant overturn the managers decisions, yet i wonder why they never said i made these comments from the beginning, and why the manager refuses to ever speak to me about this matter ?

I also edited my posts to add in the content i wrote up after it wouldent let me because of "links" in the first post, spelling mistakes to be corrected, and to remove my phone number.

Oh and thanks everyone, you have been so helpful, dont know what i would do without you.

Just a few holes in this little story.....Being from Dewsbury i know the area....

If i wanted to go to another local Asda the Halifax one would be one of the last i would go to as there are plenty in between. So i would assume the same is true in reverse.

Doing a quick journey plan its about 1 hour each way from Dewsbury bus station to Halifax bus station....

There are 5 other stores closer than the Dewsbury one to Halifax.

There are lots of other supermarkets in and around Halifax:

You can get to the Bradford Store from halifax bus station in a little over 30 mins.:

You have been banned for racial abuse....I get the feeling you will have been the one to use racial language first. As for the Asians thats another area where your tale falls down....Dewsbury has a massive asian population itself! The Asda in Dewsbury is bang next to the largest Asian area within the town!

Just a few points where i think the OP's tales does not add up.
Hi there! We’ve had to remove your signature. It was so good we removed it because we cannot think of one so good as you had and need to protect others from seeing such a great signature.
  • It only takes 20 mins to go to dewsbury by train from sowerby bridge, plus i have never received any trouble over there, not once - and the manager knows the trouble that has gone on over here, and he says im welcome there any time.

Oh because im white then im supposed to have started the problems first ? Well thats surprising - This isnt really a racial problem anyway, it seemed like i was getting ganged up, asda was ignoring me on this, for obvious reasons.

Hi, OP. I can see why you are/were upset - who wouldn't be if if they felt they were unjustly accused of racist abuse. I think you have to accept though that you have gone as far as you can with your complaint and you now need to move on -otherwise going over it again and again will drive you nuts.

Well if i were that angry about an issue. I would simply take my custom to another company. Your still helping the company that made you mad keep in profit!

    Hit them were it hurts.

As for being white thats not the issue. What the issue is the store is convinced you were racially abusive. Did at any point you use any racial language?

You know its a long way to travel to Dewsbury just to have a rummage in the reductions trolley. Cannot see it being cost effective. Anyway i need to go to the paper shop. I could go to a local one but im going to one in Glasgow instead......see?

I dont just go for reduced items, theres special offers on items that you cant buy in my local store that i get for some of my neighbours plus some of my normal shopping and its a single store in halifax i had a problem with not just the whole company. Plus i dont just go to dewsbury for asda, i do shop at other places around the town aswell, plus the train is only 20 minutes to get there which is like a bus ride to halifax.

Ive saidi have not used racial abuse many times in this thread, as i said they keep changing there story about why i got banned, they said they have statements but they wont show them to me nor will they let me see manager.
