OP - you need to get a life and perhaps do your shopping online. Although I would pity the poor delivery person.Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £24,616.090

OP the reason Asda introduced a "wait til they are displayed" policy, is to be fair to other shoppers, a little patience before rummaging the bargains hurts nobody. I find it infuriating that the vultures feel the need to grab everything THEN put the items back they dont want, just to secure they get that bargain before anyone else sees it. Asda could say the policy is for a variety of reasons from Health n Safety to a fair for all. Ultimately they have set this rule and as a customer you are obliged to stick by it.
I am not sure about the racial issue on this, I am not entirely convinced by it either, but if the Manager thinks (even if incorrectly) that you have crossed the line re racism, he is perfectly entitled to bar you from the store.
It sounds like you lost your temper as a result of being unable to grab what you wanted before they went on display, maybe you said one or two things you shouldnt have, possibly even regretted, all for the sake of a few pence. However I could have read your post out of context, maybe the store manager has done the same, but unfortunately he is within his rights to expel you from shopping there.:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A

I would write your concerns to the Prime Minister. This practise must not go unpunished.
Apparently, this was the first thing David Cameron brought up when he met Barack Obama recently. "Barack', he said, "I need you to talk to the head of Walmart regarding a situation in the Halifax branch of ASDA- we need to firm up the rules regarding the reduced items trolley and get Witsend back able to use the store; with a full apology of course"
"I'll make sure they get their limey asses kicked!" said Obama, and then they high-fived each other.0 -
