list of competences could include examples of good:
    communication skills
    listening skills
    teamwork skills
    teambuilding skills
    I.T. skills
    organising skills
filing skills - mis-filed is lost to the system
    sorting out a mess skills
    being there when necessary skills
    tea/coffee and support skills
Don't know if that helps, but it is a quick brain dump of ideas
Good luck and all the best

Soappie this is not woofie medical advice, but in the rescue I helped at we had a 'recipe' for those with iffy tums. If it failed to help they went on gastriplex when it arrived along with the diet, think you can get it off petmeds

1/3 low fat meat - chicken or turkey
2/3 white rice or cottage cheese
2 - 3 tablespoons of pro biotic yogurt

Thanks Lil-me for that recipe. I'll try the "starving" (as in not feeding her until the morning) first. There is no evidence anywhere at the moment of any poop - runny or otherwise. She's fine apart from being grumpy because I fed the cats and not her.

I'll give her her breakfast of plain boiled rice in the morning. If, when I get home from work tomorrow afternoon, there's evidence of runny stuff, then I'll book an appt with the vet pdq - even if my car is still in the garage (which I suspect it might be - the brakes are v. dodgy!).

I would have booked an appt tonight, but it was difficult to get lifts - DD was in and out. But tomorrow night is easier - DD is not so busy and I can always tap on NN - but as she has a Smart car the logistics will be interesting!

It needs to be a car job because, if she does go poopy en route, there's no way I can clear it up with a poop bag!

Breadmaker on. Dinner just about ready. I will go eat

Thanks Marchio - much appreciated! Love the tea/coffee skills...

Cuppa made and decluttered. Also decluttered 1 :o piece of paper from the LR, after entering DS2's holiday dates on my new organised mum calendar, which arrived today. I'm really struggling to get going tonight. Will need to work more with my natural rhythm - physical stuff am and early evening, mental stuff am and late evening/night time - oops, what happened to afternoons? That will have to be the physical stuff then, too.

Going to play to my strengths now by sorting out some more things online and maybe doing a bit more with my new calendar/diary, as I'm going to start using them in September.
  • Good luck with your new diary MrsChaos, sounds useful.

Well after S&s in kitchen and LR early this morning I don't seem to have got a lot done. Did get to shops and stock up fridge and larder. Treated Oh and me to a new duvet cover set from HB. Recycled 86 things at tesco and earned 6 green cc points. Picked up oil for DS2 motorbike.
and from the set list ...
Thursday ~ Bathroom, Study and Stairs!

    [/STRIKE]

oh, and dw loaded and unloaded, wm x4, Td x4, one more to do then the bath is half empty!!

Only problem is the more I fly the more washing appears.:rotfl::rotfl:

    hugs to all the poorlies.

just listening to some music/watching some vids on Youtube then it's bed for me.

DD1 has physio in the morning so she'll need prodding - she finds early mornings so hard ......

I must wake up early - Ds has to be in work for 7.45am!

Kitchen is shining! - as is the bathroom - I am really pleased with myself.......

The gentle sounds of Jem Falling for you are lulling me towards sleep! Night all!

    Evening all

Online food shop done as I had a code.

Hollyh healing vibes for your BIL

Toots - I'm missing you, hope you are home soon x

Soappie - get well soon vibes for BB. I know nothing of dogs but could she have caught something from the chickens?

I managed to say no to doing somebody a favour tomorrow (I'm already having their kids for 5 1/2 hours and was not going to go and let their dog out). I need to start saying no more often as I'm being taken for a bit of a mug by a couple of people right now.

Kids rooms tomorrow for me plus labelling and ironing.

    Night all
