wow impressed with the multi quoting (and your boredom threshold to read throught it all :rotfl:)

i am thinking of getting a berghaus jahlan as i want one that opens up like a suitcase rather than a toploader one. also like that it comes with a daypack you can clip to the front when carrying it all and you can zip it on to check it on plane so only counts as one piece of luggage. they are very raved about on travel websites. i will go and investigate that one you have. thinking of about 55litres, def not any bigger than that!

mum and dad are going to help build furniture and put stuff up for me :) brother is being roped into coming for the day to build stuff! cant wait now, v excited and just want the day to come! have been to b&q and looked at paint. bought two little tester pots as well for my bedroom and kitchen (other rooms are nice colours). first thing i will do when i get through the door is slap it on the wall! (after running around going 'mine mine mine' :rotfl:)

unfortunately i cannot afford to live on my own so i will have to get a lodger in but at least i can pick them!

forgot to add, some of my items on ebay sold, logged in to see how much to find that ebay have removed some of the sold items as i wrote not to use paypal cheque on! grrrrrrrrr well annoyed, have had to relist and wanted to make a trip to charity shop next sat :( o well walk past everytime i go into city so supose can do another drop. my room is starting to become overun with stuff so really need to get rid of stuff dont use!
    :j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j
  • ok so ebay stuff relisted, MS written up, surveys done and most of solicitor docs sorted (one more to sort tomorrow)

have now spent all petrol budget for month but have half a tank which should hopefully be enough although i have a few 40 mile trips to do for work so maybe not! that is what i find hard is budgeting for petrol for work. some months i dont do any, others do lots. as i have a work lease car i always have to drive as it is cheaper for them so means cant get anyone else to do it :( have to wait at least one month, up to two for it to be paid back as well, same with parking :( will need to think about how i can budget for it.

got £33 left of weekly budget (ended up giving myself £40) and salsa on tue (about £6) and bingo wed (about £20) so should be enough if i dont fritter!

food budget has gone dissappearo this month :( only got £19 left!!! really dont know where it has gone, will have to keep close eye next month! bought bananas today and will just need to get some milk and small bit of cheese. thinking of grating that and freezing it like i saw someone else mention. i only put a small bit on chilli and top of pasta bake so even if i buy 100g from deli counter it still goes mouldy :(

good news is i had 2nd NSD today! aiming for one tomorrow!

    tasks for week-

mon- go post office and do phone call for MS and type up
    tue- nothing as got salsa
wed- nothing as bingo (hopefully will win!)
thur- sort out handbags with view to some going to charity shop. aim NSD
fri- research boots online to see what is available and look for discount codes. NSD

off to bed now as vvvvv tired

hi, yes bit better thamls, just bunged up with cold! everyone has laughed at work as i keep sneezing 4 times in a row all day!

have left a msg for another to call me so fingers crossed! did a MS and audit again today so more cash :) just need to write up the shop and i am done for the night :)

  • woohoo end of my week amd i have £4.31 left in my purse :) that will feed the xmas pigs for this week :)

that includes 3 £1 coins as i managed to show a nit of restraint and return from bingo without spemdong them all in the table machines! no wins unfortunately :(

think will just get £20 out tomorrow as pretty short for rest of month! dont have anything planned so hopefully it will last me and i will have coins for xmas pigs :)

  • wow not written for a long time (by my usual standards!) was without the internet for a few days  could not survive but luckily housem8 fixed it :) went shopping sat and bought my new boots :T:j were £85 which hopefully will be covered by overtime. v pleased with them as they are similar to what i have (minus the holes :rotfl:)

done a few more mystery shops and have enough booked to meet my target for the month so will take it easy now as will need to start packing.

found v nice honest builder who looked at chimney and said it was fine and nothing needed done so have told solicitor to exchange contracts. he is waiting for the last search but hopefully wont be too long :) need to chase him up to see if he has spoke to seller about completion date as it is only 10 days away now so plans need to be made so he can move out (if he is happy with that date)

fingers crossed all is organised in time!

have now spent all of food budget (about 40p left) which is improved from last month as i get paid fri and should not need to spend anything before then! will build on this sucess next month as would like a bit left over on non-batch cooking months to put towards more expensive ones!

only took £20 out this month and have £14.78 left :j needs to last me till i get paid but should be enough! need to post ebay things tomorrow so that is prob most gone!

going out this weekend so that will prob be expensive and use most of budget but not been out for a wjile so is ok :)

v annoyed as standing order has still gone out even though i cancelled it  means i need to get landlord to return rest, hopefully will do it quickly!

off to do dishes now and then round to friends for inbetweeners night!:j:T
