Well, that was a complete faff and failure of a morning, my scooter stubbonly refused to come to bits and both my mum and I got very stressed about it, we eventually got it apart and in to the car but half the way there we realised I'd forgotten the key.
Once we actually got there things went up and up though, thank goodness. We managed to park ok and acheived everything we wanted to in town. I've had a really lovely day out, even though I was on my scooter all day I am in quite a bit of pain tonight and can't wait to snuggle up in bed but Timmy isn't allowed up stairs and I've missed him so I'm putting up with it now to be with him.
I hope everyone else is alright
Timmy is trying to get my attention by putting his nose up against my hands whilst I'm typing, it's cute and annoying in equal measure!0 -
Hi everyone.
FP and LW you are right having a dog really helps. Sometimes he is the only one who can get me to leave the house. Mainly because if he doesn't go out he turns into a lunatic:rotfl:
FP glad you had a nice day and take it easy now.
Juno and Trialia hope you are both feeling better now.
Thats all I can remember sorry:o
Feeling good today but had a rough week. Have managed to break 3 mugs, 2 bottles of wine and 3 glasses. I think I have hold of them but they just seem to fall out of my hand.
Oh well less washing up;)0 -
Sending pain-free vibes to all here, esp Juno and Trialia.
Sunnyone, yes we realized later that it must be half term. Not having kids, we tend not to think about school hols.
FP your mum sounds like a formidable lady!:o
Been to the pub today and met a gorgeous little Golden Spaniel, named Gracie. I could quite happily have tucked her under my coat and brought her home!:DIf your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
Thanks, all of you.
Very spaced just now. When my morphine wears off enough to cause me to feel the stabbing pain in my left side, I take more, and since it's double my usual dose, my head is all fuzzy... But I'm not in much pain, which is nice for a change. Now if I didn't have to deal with idiots like krisskross, my life would be so much betterHomosexual, Unitarian, young, British, female, disabled. Do you need more?0 -

Trialia Im sorry your having a bit of a crappy time at the moment. I know how a fuzzy head can be. It can be good sometimes when you need to sleep lol. I'm not on pain meds like morphine thank god but all my meds can sometimes make things fun to say the least:j
I have to say that I love your signature by the way.:TI suffer from depression, agoraphobia and panic attacks.
On a good day I can get showered, unfortunately they are few and far between at the moment so you better stand downwind of me.0 -

I'm sure your liver will thank you for it though, every cloud and all that.0 -
My manager asked me about my pain levels today, so I had a nice rant about yesterday. I think I made it clear their behaviour was unacceptable. I also showed her my council registration card thing so hopefully she realises I'm serious.Murphy's No More Pies Club #209
