  • I just have a quick question. Is the board always this hostile? This is the only thread I feel comfortable posting in. I've had a look at some other posts just to get info but it seems a very scary place.
I suffer from depression, agoraphobia and panic attacks.

On a good day I can get showered, unfortunately they are few and far between at the moment so you better stand downwind of me. :p

It's half term, and that's when the trolls come out as they have nothing better to do. Some boards are worse than others, though.

    hi,
just thought i would pop in and say hi,
i`ve been a `lurker` for ages, but plucked up the courage to say something this time,
(now i`m here not sure what to say)
i have r.a. but its more in control of me at the moment than i am of it, hence being up at `silly oclock` most nights, when its not prepared to let me sleep,
    take care everyone,

Hi their, what are you taking for your RA?

Im running a straw poll of what works because nothing has for me and the boney abnormalities are getting worse month on month.

Not always, but frequently. This is really the only thread I feel secure in posting on; I am very grateful for the ignore feature.

we all have the ignore feature but since we are adults we all dont need it or need to mention it all the time.

I'm too nosey to use the ignore function! :rotfl:
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

I brought my birds into the lounge tonight as I don't want to make my house too visible to trick or treaters but don't want to leave them in the dark. They're playing on my ironing board, and the smallest one seems to be in charge. The others get pushed off if they're misbehaving.

What type of birds are they Juno?

Susan and Cedrick are canaries - I forgot the type, but they're brown rather than yellow. Simon is a masked lovebird. Cedrick is poorly and only has one good leg, but he's in charge. He shouts and Susan comes flying.

Awww, I love canaries. My next-door neighbour has one, and he's so chirpy and chatty and cute.
