    Just catching up again Taxi.

1 - You have NOT CHEATED getting debt free
2 - SO sorry about your holiday - but you will still have a great break away
3 - hope the booby feels better soon

I have been a bit busy making a wedding cake for a very dear friend as a wedding pressie. We are still getting nowhere fast in the garden and I'm regretting starting it now - trouble is it hasn't worked out quite as planned and dh isn't quite sure what he's doing, so he is cementing a couple of bricks in at a time - I'm just glad he isn't building a house LOL or worse still on piece work rate LOL - but these little niggles make me smile now rather than getting stressed - at one time I'd have gone bananas - but I can now keep everything in perspective :)

I'd love to meet for a coffee sometime - I'm thinking big summer holidays when I'll head to Blackpool on the train on my own without dh in tow LOL

Sorry to read that you are not feeling well. However, for what it is worth, I reckon that even if you are in a certain amount of pain and discomfort, your few days away at the festival will make a huge amount of difference to you - to a certain extent it will focus your mind on good things, new things etc, rather than on the way you are currently feeling, if that makes sense?

Of course, no one wants to go away when feeling ill, but I think after a year such as the one you have had, the "emotional" side of your wellbeing will take a huge amount of benefit from this trip, which will have a direct impact on the way the "physical" side of you continues to heal.

Not sure if I am talking a load of squit here, but I hope you can sort of see where I am coming from :rotfl:

  • Well said Hypno, those tablets will have had some time to start working. Get some rest now and imagine the laughter and fun you are going to have. x
