I got on very well with WW when I did it - and found the points so easy to work out. It's not right for me now though but am I inspired to have a proper crack at eating more healthily and losing some weight as well. First target is to see if I can drop a dress size by the first week of August when we'll be working at the Great British Beer festival - I will be so much more comfortable if I can go into that a bit lighter!

haven't been around much as have been to hospital and found I have breast odeama...I'm waiting for an appointment with the lymphodema specialists but could be a couple of weeks...I've to keep taking antibiotics and painkillers but it's still so sore and makes me feel like crying.0

I feel so silly as I don't know the condition is, but remember what you have gone through and come out the other end, I'm guessing its a blitch on the road to recovery, have a cry, don't recommend punching walls, - there a bit harder, but you've got your weekendcoming up soon, u need your energy for that.
