It's not hard work at all...I eat anything I want to in the right portion sizes...I eat take aways as well and I can drink alcohol, eat chocolate, crisps etc if I want to as long as I'm within points...obviously if I choose to eat a lot of crap but stick to points I'll still lose weight but be hungry.
today I've had
1/2 pint milk
banana
jacket potato, tuna, hellmans extra light mayo and salad
1/2 portion of young chow fried rice ,prawn curry,2 chilli crispy chicken wings,3 large barbecue spare ribs
water
sugar free vimto
cups of tea
and all within points.
on top of this I could've eaten as much fuit and veg as I wanted except peas/sweetcorn....
I'll post this weeks meals every day if you like and then you'll get an idea of how easy this weight watchers is.0 -
Bought a pedometer today at WWs and will start to walk more.
Also went to gym where DD2 works today and was talking to one of the instructors and shes offered that she'll take me for a personal training session once a week for an hour and build my strength up slowly...I'm already a member and will be starting once I come back from my break...thought that was very kind of her...looking forward to that0 -
Thats excellent, Taxi - I like the idea with WW that you have your own choice about being hungry or eating carp2023: the year I get to buy a car0

today I had
55g of this yummy organic cereal ..was a free sample with 125ml skimmed milk and banana
Nandos...half a chicken, spicy rice and corn on cob followed by bottomless frozen yoghurt
2 slices wholemeal bread toasted spread with 2 dairylea light triangles.
DH had an unexpected day off and decided to take us for lunch will be eating a lot more fruit and veg tomorrow as meals will be at home.
I earned 4 activity points today according to my pedometer as I walked 3.39 miles over the course of today doing 7918 steps being the size I am I only have to walk just under 4000 steps before it starts earning the points and it's all automatic so not as if I even have to work it out.
Had to go to DRS today as my bad booby was agony ...got antibiotics and pain killers and have to phone Breast cancer nurse tomorrow as DR thinks I may have infection and it is filled with fluid again.

def agree re new diary, its a new start, so a new diary would be fitting.
Love the sound of the WW points, - seems to be realistic food and family based meals.
That gd news as well re gym. xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
thanks love the WW plan as it's so easy once you get your head around it..the reason I'll post what I eat each day is to show that people don't need to starve themselves to lose weight.0
