TAXIS...Beating the cancer and clearing the mortgage the final hurdle.

Have never been to Hebden bridge but from looking it up it looks like it has independant arty/crafty/hippie type shops and it has loads of eateries..
Cuba is one of my favourite places..this will be our 4th time..the second to this resort...they have the most friendly staff and the beaches are to die for..powder white sand and turquoise sea..no good if you want to go shopping but the holiday is a relaxation time away from hustle and bustle.Just nice time for me and DH...
Glad everything is ok for you LA...I became debt free 6th July last year...cheated really as it was critical illness payment...cleared the debt and left a chunk for saving in the bank and bought myself a new car for independence.Wasn't enough to pay off the mortgage but that finishes 1st April 2018 so not too far away.Have a nice chunk in the bank that I try to add a bit to each month when I can and will either pay the mortgage off with it when it's enough or use it for any emergencies in the mean time but it's nice to have that comfort as DH doesn't want me to return to work...so I'm a lady that lunches...lol..of course I'd rather not have had to have cancer to have it.
It'll be a year since I found the lump on the 6th May!!!!!!..in some respects it doesn't seem long ago but in others in feels like a lifetime ago.I'm starting to feel a lot better now and think I may be up to going to the gym in a couple of weeks...I feel that's a massive improvement since Christmas.Am feeling quite good and positive at the moment.
glad you had a good time Dizzie at the waxworks and that you like Hebden bridge0 -
Just let me say: YOU DID NOT CHEAT - YOU HAD THE FORESIGHT TO TAKE OUT AN INSURANCE POLICY AND IT PAID OUT AS YOU FULFILLED THE CRITERIA.
Simple financial logic.
Don't ever say your cheated again, else I'll get everyone else to gang up on you as well. You won't stand a chance on your own threadPlease call me 'Pickle'

going to WWs very shortly and would really like a 2.5lb loss for my 10% but feel that may be a bit much to ask after last weeks loss.
got to pick JJ up after school and get him ready for a party at tea time..he's so excited. It's a little girl from his new school and he's really settling in there.
have a good day everyone x0 -

Hi Taxi
Just popping in to see how life is treating you and it looks pretty good :j
Excellent news on the weightloss two stone is a significant milestone you are doing so well :A
Enjoyed the description of JJs bargains but quite understand on the wearing you out front but you do seem to have some much more energy and this lovely weather makes everything feel better.
Take care
