Sounds like JJ bagged some bargains!!

We spent the morning in the garden then we'd had enough but couldn't do much more as were waiting for cement to dry. So we headed up the motorway to a sunny if a bit windy (LOL) Blackpool. We didn't leave home till just before half one, and headed straight to far end. We had a coffee in the sunshine - found a lovely suntrap behind a screen on North Pier then walked along the sea front to Bispham - it was so quiet. We could not believe it was a bank holiday - but we purposely headed away from where the crowds could be. We had tea in our fave cafe then walked back to the car near North Pier. Not sure how far we walked, but hopefully enough to walk the pie and chips off LOL. There was hardly any traffic on motorway on way home either - we fully expected to get caught up in some as we left Blackpool about 7pm.

I do envy you living near the sea Taxi - although I prefer it with a bit more action in the waves than there was today - you couldn't even hear it splashing onto the shore it was so calm. Hard to believe how rough and dangerous it can be when it has a mind to.

Hey taxi....been a long time! Just wanted to say hello really and wish you all the best for everything. I was shocked when I saw the title of your diary (I don't log on much at all these days as you've no doubt noticed!) but glad to read you're feeling good now.

Big hug to you and take care, keep going, stay positive - you're a winner hon.
