Got mine okay the other day. Too lazy today to figure out changing the 700g loaf ingredients to 900g so picked up a 64p crusty bread mix from tescos. That went in with some water. 3 hours later its straining at the lid to get out! And it tastes gorgeous...Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

lol! Yeah i was a bit worried when it started hitting the inside of the lid too! (this was approx 2hsr in)
Soon stopped rising and went down though and the bread tasted fab too!

I would imagine using 700g will cause it to rise right onto the lid??
The 500g mix I used rose pretty high.

The 500g mix when made up makes 800g/900g sized loaf. Just means I had a bit of a floppy end! Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

Thanks for the tips and I'll try the pizza dough next week. I've been using the cheats way and using nan breads of late (really wet them first) for the base - pretty good as well and I normally buy them from Sainsbury's for 10/20p per packet when they clear them off at the end of the day and freeze them.
I've got three different Wright's mixes to try as well.
For anyone in the London area, Catford store says they have them, I've been looking for one for my son and girlfriend.
