For those that need a copy of the manual, I have scanned it and made a PDF of it.
    Get it HERE

Its on my public section of dropbox.com.
(If you want to thank me you could open an account with them using this link and setup your free dropbox. Then we both get a free extra 250Mb:D)
Mods I hope this is ok, it is not an ad

Im in mansfield, and bought mine last week.

It was an impulse buy, and have made two gorgeous loaves, but will be willing to sell if anyones interested.

Ive also got a wholemeal mix and a garlic and rosemary foccacia mix to go with it.

    PM me
  • Hope this doesn't sound stupid but here goes.... I have just made my first loaf, the light wholemeal one, and it hasn't really risen much. I thought this was maybe because the water wasn't warm enough. However when checking over the machine again I noticed that when you insert the paddle and the loaf tin is not in the machine that the paddle travels freely 360 degrees. However if you lock the tin in place in the machine the paddle only moves slightly from side to side.
Does anyone know if this is correct or is my machine at fault?
    Many thanks

It's not an ad but it is a referral link from which you personally will benefit. I believe the rules are that referrals have to stay in the referrals board. Lynsey's already scanned the manual and has given it out to various people for no personal benefit.

I didn't make anybody who wants the pdf click on the link AND install dropbox, they are free to get the pdf. IF they install dropbox using that link then we both get an extra 250Mb, but there is no inducement to do so unless they want to. I believe it is a better way of sharing files rather than PM'ing people a copy all they have to do is download the file from the open share, no ads no waiting.

If the mods don't like it remove the post.

You need to lock it into position, just a small turn clockwise when you put it in, this has been the case on both the breadmakers I have had.

Anyone got any tips on Pizza dough ?

We made them tonight and were fantastic, but struggled to stretch the dough as it was so elastic and sticky , any tips to make it easier to work with ?
  • add a little more flour after you turn it out to roll/stretch - or use less oil :)
Valuable life advice: never play chicken with a lion...the lion will ALWAYS win!
