You mean, like the CURRENT system, where for DLA you can already use medical evidence provided by those people for your claim, and it can be used as evidence, and is given proper weight as evidence.
Did you read what I wrote? I'm not talking about medical evidene, I'm talking about meicals being carried out by people qualified in fields related to my disabilities who have access to my medical records.Sealed pot challenge #232. Gold stars from Sue-UU - :staradmin :staradmin £75.29 banked

Yes, Im trying to point out you have already had medicals to get that evidence in the first place...
Seems a waste of money to have a second medical, when one has already been done by a independant specialist.[greenhighlight]but it matters when the most senior politician in the land is happy to use language and examples that are simply not true.

The impact of this is to stigmatise people on benefits,
and we should be deeply worried about that[/redtitle](house of lords debate, talking about Cameron)0 -

But under the current system, my specialist has no say in whether I get DLA or not.Sealed pot challenge #232. Gold stars from Sue-UU - :staradmin :staradmin £75.29 banked

But you can provide evidence from your specialist to back up claims..
And the DWP have to take it into consideration...
When atos get involved, they will be the main source of evidence, and they will overide any report from your specialist...[greenhighlight]but it matters when the most senior politician in the land is happy to use language and examples that are simply not true.

Which is exactly what they are supposed to do.
What would you prefer, that they ignored what the claimaint said, and just made things up, they would be operating in the same manner as ATOS then...
I would prefer that people completed their own applications with help only for people with learning disabilities or literacy problems.0 -

I suppose you'd also like people to sort out appeals by themselves?Sealed pot challenge #232. Gold stars from Sue-UU - :staradmin :staradmin £75.29 banked

Why.
Do you also want to get rid of accountants and lawyers?
edit: also, that would be illegal - as you are not taking into account any disability issues other than learning disabilities.[greenhighlight]but it matters when the most senior politician in the land is happy to use language and examples that are simply not true.

The amount of time you spend on here they would be better off having access to your PC.
No doubt eventually you will be claiming DLA for aching wrists. If you want free money then I'm afraid you are going to have to put up with some inconvenience0 -
